The U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood says distracted driving is currently the nation\u2019s top driving priority.<\/p>\n
Monday revealed new research that plans to step up all warnings and advertisements with law enforcement and hopefully cut driving accidents by a small percentage.<\/p>\n
A brief test in Syracuse proved that both handheld cell phone use and texting behind the wheel had decline by one-third. Usages of cell phones and texting behind the wheel dropped by 57 percent in Hartford.<\/p>\n
